Got it. His name is Hei who uses the alias of Li or Black Reaper when he’s working. His sister is Pai. The girl with the ability to “see” through water is a Doll named Yin. The human is Huang and the cat is possessed by the spirit of Mao who apparently lost his body. According to wikipedia, there’s going to be a second season in Oct. 2009.
