Plot Summary
This story is a continuation of Code Geass (Dub).
It's been one year since the failure of the Black Rebellion and the supposed death of Zero. Britannia has assigned Area 11 a "correctional education" status, where Elevens are made an example of by brute force, to try to prevent any future uprisings and suppress rebellious thoughts. Unsuspecting high school student Lelouch, oblivious to his rebellious past as Zero, stumbles upon a scheme on his life and the life of a mysterious woman known as C.C., who reveals to him his forgotten purpose and his "true" self. Destroying his assailants and declaring himself Zero once again, Lelouch sets out to finish what he started. - Anime News Network

this was perfect closure I aggre lelouch had to sacrefice just about everything he had to make the world a better place his plan was brilliant.

its good they made a second season after seeing the ending to the first if they stopped it would have been very unsatisfing ending.
Two words: PERFECT CLOSURE.
I’ll be heartbroken if they make a third season, I fear it may ruin the story.
Code Geass is epic enough as is. They don’t need to make another season, so they should just leave it be. Perhaps a movie might be fine, like random events after the final episode.
Code Geass R2 should not be watched without first watching the original first season of Code Geass.

You are an idiot, they would’ve continued the series if he was alive, and at the end C2 was talking to Lelouche, is that your only reason to keep believing that he is alive? She could’ve been talking to him as if he were in heaven or something like that, and there is no proof that the driver of that thing is Lelouche either, give some facts as to how he is alive then I’d be more keen to believe you.
Give us proof then i’ll believe it ! It’s obvious that he’s dead otherwise Series 2 wuda been pretty pointless. His Plan was to die dumbass to get rid of the old britannia by making it look cruel ! Lelouche is a genius and had most things planned out from the very beginning, HE WANTED TO DIE!!
For any of u wondering I have looked into the supposed Code Geass R3 and for the most part I have come up with that they are making a Code Geass that is in the past named: Code geass shikkoku no renya. Also there is talk of a another one that may be similar to the one most people are thinking a continuation of the Lelouch of the Rebellion 18 years after Lelouch’s death, but I don’t know a lot about that now I will see what I can find!
one, no this is the best anime i have ever watch. i believe in his ideals, and what he was trying to achieve. i also believe that is what this world needs, someone to go through with his ideals. only wished i had power to, then i would, knowing all the costs, play his part in this goal. if only it were possible.
People can dream cant they.
This is an awesome series. Though, this and Cowboy Bebop are really closely tied for an Anigasmic series. Bebop wins by that || much. Geass is jsut freaking beast, though I cant find other words to describe it!

Hate to burst your bubble but there wont be a Code Geass R3
i just read something about it (trying to find the link again). might be some kind of april’s fool, but it sounded quite serious.
There is a “R3″ coming but it is better to think of it as a prequl to the Code Geass story that we know and love. It will be coming in mulitple formats, with a manga story starting first and a new anime in the works as well.
when was r3 supposed to come out
from what i’ve read, it sounds like they “want to” start airing in late 2010. but god knows what might interfer.
If that’s the case, you think it’ll be long till they dub it? Dude, this series is beast, Lelouch is psychotic, basically a kickass anime. What if… What if Spike Speigal was as such?
